Board Of Directors

30-30 Ministries is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2010. Since then, it’s operated under a Board of Directors.

Executive Director: Brad Gill

Brad was led to begin 30-30 Ministries in 2010 after a faithful group of believers at Crossroads Baptist Church in Eatonton, Ga. encouraged him to use his passion for hunting and fishing to reach people for Jesus. Brad enjoys trapping and all kinds of hunting and fishing. He married his wife, Denise, in 2002, and they have two daughters. Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Georgia in 1998 and was an editor for Georgia Outdoor News magazine for 27 years before becoming fully employed with 30-30 Ministries on Jan. 1, 2026.

Associate Director: Mark Williams

Mark has served with 30-30 Ministries since it hosted its first Board of Directors meeting in a hunting club field on Nov. 13, 2010. He retired from Georgia Power in 2025 after a long, 39-year career. He has a passion for turkey hunting but also enjoys fishing and deer hunting. He said he is very thankful for his beautiful wife, Stacey, and their two sons, Brandon and Grayson. They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren while living life to its fullest.

Board Member: John C. McMillian, Jr.

John is the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church in Eatonton, Ga., where he has been blessed to serve since 2005. He is married to his best friend, Christa. They have five children and three wonderful daughter-in-laws. John enjoys hunting, fishing and working on their property. They love spending time with family and playing with the grandchildren. 

Board Member: Chuck Hester

Chuck has been a follower of Christ since 1991. He and his wife Cheryl have been married since 1995 and are blessed with two sons and two daughter-in-laws and a daughter and a son-in-law, as well as six grandsons and one granddaughter. Chuck has been employed with Georgia Power since 1986 and has been a part of 30-30 Ministries since the first camp in August 2011. Chuck enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf and spending time with his family. Chuck has attended more 30-30 Ministries’ Camps than any other volunteer. He often issues “The Chuck Challenge,” which encourages those in Camp to share their Jesus stories if they have them. 

Board Member: Zenda Horne 

Zenda is a dedicated lifelong resident of Eastman, Ga., with a heart for her community and her faith, having been saved at the age of eight. A retired elementary school teacher, she spent her career shaping young minds with the same care she gives her own family. Zenda has been happily married to her husband, Jeff, since 1990. Together, they have raised two sons, Bowen and Brenden, into faithful young men. Zenda has served on the 30-30 Ministries Board since 2021. She and Jeff have also acted as Camp Managers since 2016.
