About This Camp

The Oglethorpe County Deer Camp took place during consecutive Novembers in 2017 and 2018. It was hosted by Bishop Baptist Church at the hunting camp of Greg Crowe, Preston Ward and Lee Clark. As the Lord has done several times through 30-30 Ministries, a follower of Jesus returns home after a Camp and finds a way to get involved by hosting their own Camp. The Oglethorpe County Deer Camp was a result of Greg Crowe attending the 2017 Bowfishing Camp with his nephew, Hayden. The interim pastor at Bishop Baptist in 2017 and 2018 was Terry Richardson, a longtime supporter and volunteer with 30-30 Ministries. The Camp was a perfect fit on several platforms.
