About This Camp

The first Macon County Turkey Camp at Camp Creek Plantation, with partners Chan and Pam Williams, took place the weekend of April 24-26, 2026. The wheels began to turn for this inaugural Camp when the Lord began to deal with Chan about using his property for a youth event. Greg Grimes, a long-time friend of 30-30 Ministries’ Director Brad Gill, met Chan while assessing a fish pond site on the Macon County property. The conversation eventually turned toward using the property for ministry, and Greg recommended that he contact Brad. Even though the turkeys didn’t cooperate on the first Camp, birds were seen and heard. As was the case in all Camps, the Gospel was shared, and we know it won’t return void.
